Cancellation Policy

• If clients wish to cancel we will give full refund if made with 48 hour notice. If less we offer a 50% refund.
• Trips, unless otherwise specified start from our office at 8:30 am.
• All Guides are licensed by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Tourism.
