Rafting on the River Napo 1 Day Tour (Class 3)

Starting at Serena and finishing at Puerto Napo. Distance 25 kilometres.
The Rafting Adventure commences at 9:00am from our office in Tena. From there you will take a 40 minute taxi ride to the bridge that spans the River Napo, near the community of Serena. This is the starting point of your full day rafting trip.
You will stop for lunch at Santa Rosa where your guide will prepare lunch at the home of a Kichwa family. After lunch he will bring you to visit the "Ichu Urku" waterfalls. The earth around the waterfall is red in colour and is used for cleansing the skin. After a massage of red earth you can take a refreshing swim in the lagoon beneath the waterfall.
You will arrive back in Tena at approximately 5.00pm.

- Sandals/Flip-flops (You don´t wear shoes in the boat but you will need footwear at the lunch break and when walking to the waterfalls).
